1. Services
Lineati Consultancy provides professional consulting services in HR, Finance, PRO, and Operations. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual engagement agreements with clients.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, cooperate with our team, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Qatar and the GCC. Clients are responsible for implementing our recommendations appropriately.
3. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and business matters. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, and deliverables created by Lineati Consultancy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use such materials for their business purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lineati Consultancy provides consulting services based on professional expertise and best practices. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in the engagement agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
