The name comes from the Latin word for "aligned" and "in line". Our services are designed to bring alignment to your HR, finance, PRO, and operations so everything flows in one direction: forward.
About the Founder
Lineati Consultancy is led by Said Naim Mehanna, a strategic HR leader with over 23 years of experience building and transforming HR functions across financial services, oil & gas, retail, education, and construction in Qatar and the wider region. He is a graduate of the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a BA degree, and holds an MBA from the American University of Sharjah (AUS). He specializes in setting up HR departments from the ground up, designing practical policies and HR frameworks, implementing HRIS solutions, and turning HR into a true business partner that supports performance, compliance, and growth.
Before establishing Lineati Consultancy, Said headed HR for leading organizations including Al-Fardan Group, FCC Construction, Simex Holding, Flowserve Corporation, Carrefour Hypermarkets, and the American University of Sharjah. In his regional role with Flowserve, he led HR across the GCC, Levant, North Africa, and Russia, managing diverse teams and complex cross-border requirements.
Over his career, he has driven major HR transformations such as centralizing group HR, implementing Oracle-based HRIS platforms, rolling out company-wide policy handbooks and codes of conduct, overhauling compensation and benefits, managing HR for mega-projects like the Doha Metro and Barzan Camp, and significantly reducing staff turnover in regional roles. His background combines deep knowledge of Qatar Labour Law with hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, training, M&A HR due diligence, and organizational development—allowing Lineati Consultancy to offer clients solutions that are both strategic and immediately workable on the ground.
